After seven years of loyal leadership, Graeme McConnell has recently stepped down as Managing Director of Planfarm. Having been with Planfarm for coming up 26 years now, Graeme has built up a wealth of knowledge, so we are very pleased that he will continue to play a key role on our leadership team.

I’m honoured to step into the role of Managing Director, entrusted by our shareholders to lead Planfarm into its next chapter. I’ll continue to work closely with clients while leaning on our talented leadership team – Graeme, Paul Omodei, Rob Grima, Jerome Critch, and Emily Dempster.

These are exciting times at Planfarm. Our services have expanded to ensure we keep meeting your needs – Planfarm Terrawise in the carbon space, Horticulture Consulting across the country, Planfarm Finance, specialist consulting through our Elevate program and Planfarm Advisory, which now has three advisers operating in Vic & NSW.

We know the landscape is shifting. High land and machinery values, tighter margins, seasonal uncertainty, regulation, and succession are some of the big issues testing many businesses. We remain here to support you through it all.
